CONSTITUENCY
- Chaired a public meeting in Cwmbach.
- Visit to Penderyn Pantry.
- Tour of the renovation works at Mountain Ash Town Hall.
- Called into Abercynon-based Serenity Support Services to celebrate their tenth anniversary.
SENEDD
- Took part in discussion of International Women’s Day.
- Questioned First Minister on how we can empower communities to take charge of local assets.
- Chaired a meeting of the Cross-Party Group on Industrial Communities which discussed skills and the net zero agenda (pictured).
- Tabled a question on how Welsh Government is making sure animal health and welfare standards are being upheld.
WELSH GOVERNMENT
- First Minister urges people to have their say on the UK-wide COVID-19 Inquiry.
- New approach to helping the clinically vulnerable protect themselves from Coronavirus published.
- Minister for Economy unveils new plan to get more people in Wales into work.
- Over £7m in funding to extend online mental health service has been announced.
